How Did Düzgünler Plastik's Manufacturing Journey Begin?

Düzgünler Plastik's manufacturing experience goes back to 1975, when it started producing agricultural machinery. Over the years the company specialised in several fields before reaching its present focus on plastic pipe.

  • 1986: Steel pipe and automotive spare-part production in Konya 1st OIZ (1,100 m²).

Düzgünler Plastik is the first company in Türkiye to produce submersible-pump U-PVC column pipes. In this way it combines 51 years of manufacturing heritage since 1975 with roughly three decades of specialisation in plastic pipe.

Which Pipe Solutions Does Düzgünler Plastik Make?

Düzgünler Plastik offers a broad range for different sectors. The main categories are:

U-PVC Column Pipes

Used in submersible-pump and deep-well systems, the column pipes come in DCP Medium Plus, Standard Plus, Heavy and Super Heavy models. A square-thread system and “O” ring provide secure, leak-proof joints regardless of depth.

U-PVC Deep-Well (Drilling) Pipes

Made in 100, 300 and 500 metre depth options, the drilling pipes come in plain and slotted (screen) types. They are produced under TS 11794 and ISO 9001:2015 and resist corrosion and chemical wear.

HDPE PE100 Pipes

For drinking-water and irrigation lines, the HDPE PE100 pipes are offered in coil and straight lengths. They are produced under TS EN 12201-2 (equivalent to ISO 4427-2) and ISO 9001:2015, standing out for high pressure and chemical resistance.

Pressure Clean-Water Pipes

Produced with a 4–16 Atm pressure rating, the clean-water pipes include push-fit socket, solvent-weld socket and gooseneck types. They resist UV rays and chemicals.

Latched Sprinkler Pipes

For agricultural irrigation, the latched sprinkler pipes come in 5, 6, 8 and 10 Atü options and comply with TS EN 12201-3. The latch-lock system gives fast, leak-proof connection.

Corrugated Pipes

Made from HDPE for waste water, rainwater drainage and cable protection, the corrugated pipes come in SN4 and SN8 ring-stiffness classes. Their sealed structure speeds installation and flexes with ground movement.
