Meeting with Youths People at Düzgünler Plastik: We Hosted Future Engineers

In this context, we were delighted to host the students of Kılıçarslan BİST Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School at our modern production facility. This valuable meeting with the students was an important step in both illuminating their career goals and introducing them to the dynamic nature of our industry.

Sharing Knowledge and Experience with Young People

During the visit, we explained Düzgünler Plastik's success story from its founding to the present day, our production processes, quality control standards, and technological infrastructure in detail. We were delighted by the young people's high level of interest, technical questions, and desire to learn. We took care to convey not only a production facility but also a disciplined work culture, a sustainable production approach, and our sectoral vision.

The Heart of Production: Düzgünler Plastic Facilities
Founded in 1975 under the leadership of Ekrem Düzgün, Düzgünler Plastik currently operates in modern facilities encompassing 100,000 m² of open space and 30,000 m² of enclosed space. Located in the Konya 3rd Organized Industrial Zone, this facility has proven its leadership in the industry by producing Submersible Pump Plastic Column Pipes for the first time in Turkey.

In this production environment, we offer our young visitors:

• U-PVC Column Pipes: Professional solutions offering leak-proofing, durability, and performance.
• U-PVC Deep Well pipes: Lightweight and highly resistant construction, suitable for depths of 100 to 500 meters.
• U-PVC Pressurized Clean Water Pipes: Pipes offering resistance from 4 to 16 atm, suitable for drinking water and infrastructure projects.
• Latched Sprinkler Pipes: Products designed for the needs of modern agriculture, with a latch-type locking system that allows for easy installation.
• HDPE PE100 Pipes: Maximum efficiency in clean water and agricultural irrigation lines.
• Corrugated Pipes: Flexible and leak-proof pipe systems ideal for infrastructure projects.

All products in these categories are manufactured in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and in accordance with national/international standards. Students had the opportunity to observe the pipe production process on-site and ask questions.
