For depths of 300 meters and above, U-PVC borewell pipes with increased wall thickness and tested pressure resistance, specifically the "300 Meter" or "500 Meter" series, should be preferred. Düzgünler Plastik manufactures specific series for these depths.
In terms of corrosion (rust) and chemical resistance, U-PVC pipes are much more durable than steel and last a lifetime. In terms of mechanical strength, when the correct wall thickness is selected (e.g., Düzgünler 500m series), they can safely replace steel pipes.
Strainer pipes allow water to enter the well while preventing sand, gravel, and sediment formed during drilling from entering. This protects the impellers of the submersible pump and ensures clean water extraction.
